The Ghost of Sorrows Past

16 x 20 oil on linen. I wanted to try a white on white painting. I had a tuff time, as I am normally a high contrast person! There is still so much to learn about the subtle shading used in whites, and all the different hues that can be brought out... I am certainly just chipping at the tip of the iceberg!
